Delivery and Shipping
We offer free shipping to Austria and Germany on orders of € 55 or more! The following shipping costs apply to orders that do not qualify for free shipping:
- Austria: € 6.50
- Germany: € 8.50
For customers with a delivery address in Switzerland, shipping is free of charge from an order value of CHF 100.00. Below that, the following shipping costs apply:
- Switzerland: CHF 24.00 (shop.fellhof.com/ch)
For customers from Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia,
Czech Republic and Hungary shipping of our products is free of charge from an order value of € 100.00.
- Shipping: € 13.50
- Shipping: € 16.50
- Shipping: € 20.00
Currently, delivery is only possible to the countries listed above. Our partner for delivery and shipping is Österreichische Post AG. For a display of the shipping costs, please select the destination country for your order.
* Deliveries outside EU like Switzerland and UK may incur customs duties for the recipient.
Returns, Refunds & Complaints
Easy Item exchange: send it back and order a new one!
Would you like to exchange a product? Please send it back, and order a new one. This is shortening the return process, and you will receive your new item much faster. The money for your return will also be returned to you immediately.
Important note: Please make sure that the goods are unworn and that all labels are still attached when returning the goods.

This is how the return works?
- You have a customer account?
Log in and call up the order from which you want to return the product. There you can state the reason for your return, print out the post label and the delivery note. IMPORTANT: please enclose the delivery note and invoice with your order.
- You have ordered as a guest?
You can register your return in the returns portal. Simply enter your 6-digit order number (you will find this in your email confirmation) and your order email. Please indicate the item and the reason for the return. You will receive a delivery note and, if applicable, a return label to print out. IMPORTANT: Please enclose the delivery note and invoice with your order.
You can then hand in your parcel at the nearest post office or Postpartner branch. For returns from other countries, the costs are borne by the customer.
If you have problems with the return registration, you can also send the package back to us on your own, but we cannot accept any liability or make any enquiries for independent dispatch.
