To ensure a friendly and respectful tone across all communication channels, we've established a few ground rules. If any comments or posts are published that violate these rules, we reserve the right to remove or report them.

- When posting public comments, we kindly ask that you express yourself clearly, keep communication constructive, and show appreciation for different opinions.
- We use our communication channels to inspire, inform, and share offers and products with our customers. What we do not tolerate are defamatory or disturbing posts – these will be removed immediately.
- There is no room for offensive language, insults or hate on our channels. If we encounter abusive language, personal attacks or the shaming of individuals, situations or businesses, we reserve the right to hide or delete such content without warning.
- If users repeatedly breach our netiquette, we may remove them from our social media community and delete their content.
- Discrimination, racism, content harmful to minors, offensive material and spam have no place at Fellhof.
- Any posts that violate someone’s privacy, are not in the public interest, or contain illegal content (e.g. copyright infringement, breach of personality rights), as well as the unlawful sharing of trade secrets or internal company data, will be removed immediately.
- Please also pay attention to the safety of your personal data when communicating publicly. Do not share personal information on social networks – we will remove it to protect your privacy.
- We handle business matters of any kind through our secure internal communication channels. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding that any questions regarding your order can only be answered via email. The same applies to cooperation with retailers and partners.
