Special terms and conditions for Fellhof fur cleaning

(In addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Der Fellhof Vertriebs GmbH)
1. Scope of services and conditions of acceptance

Fellhof offers professional cleaning exclusively for original Fellhof brand products. Products from other manufacturers will not be processed. If such a product is sent in by mistake, it will not be cleaned. The return shipment will be at the customer's expense. Fellhof also reserves the right to refuse cleaning if the condition of the product sent in (e.g., severe damage, hygienically questionable contamination) means that it cannot be cleaned properly.


2. Prices and shipping costs

Cleaning costs are based on the current price list, which can be found at shop.fellhof.com/de/professionelle-fellreinigung. For Fellhof products that are not listed in the price list, an individual price will be quoted in advance—cleaning will only be carried out with your express consent. All prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping to Fellhof and for return shipping.


3. Shipping, returns, and storage

The customer remains responsible for the product sent in until it is received by Der Fellhof VertriebsGmbH. Returns will only be sent to addresses in Germany or Austria. If delivery is unsuccessful after a maximum of three attempts, the product will be stored free of charge for a period of six months. The costs of the unsuccessful delivery attempts will be charged to the customer. Before the end of the six-month storage period, the customer will be informed of the impending disposal and will be given a period of five working days to respond. If no response is received within this period, the product will become the property of Der Fellhof VertriebsGmbH. In this case, the customer waives any claims for compensation or replacement. Fellhof VertriebsGmbH is then entitled to dispose of the product at its own discretion, in particular to dispose of it properly or to recycle it in some other way. Any cleaning costs incurred will not be reimbursed.


4. Liability and material changes

Fellhof is only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is accepted for damage attributable to unrecognizable previous damage or material fatigue. Likewise, natural changes—such as shrinkage, hardening, or structural changes—resulting from the cleaning process are not considered defects.

5. Processing time and right of withdrawal

The average processing time is between 1 and 2 weeks from receipt of the product by Fellhof. This period is non-binding. In the event of increased volume or technical delays, the cleaning time may be extended. In such cases, Fellhof will inform customers promptly. Customers acknowledge that, in accordance with Section 18 (1) (3) FAGG, the right of withdrawal expires at the start of the service, as it involves the cleaning of a product tailored to personal needs and immediate execution has been expressly agreed.

5x50 prize draw – Opening of Fellhof Shopping World Linz

The competition begins on December 4, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. and ends on December 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

Participation in the competition requires attendance at the opening of the Fellhof store at Landstraße 49, 4020 Linz, and submission of a correctly completed competition form. 

The five prizes each consist of a Fellhof gift certificate worth €50 (redeemable at Fellhof Einkaufswelt Linz, valid for three years from the date of issue).

The winners will be drawn in the following week in accordance with the principle of random selection and behind closed doors. The winners will be notified by email immediately after they have been determined. If one of the winners does not contact the organizer in person, by telephone, or by email within one week of notification, providing their contact and address details in Austria, their claim to the prize will lapse without replacement. In this case, a replacement winner will be determined. There is no obligation to accept the prize. The winner is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted. Cash payment, payment in other material assets, or exchange of the prize is not possible. Prizes are not transferable to third parties.

By accepting the conditions of participation, the participant agrees to the use of their personal data for the purpose of determining the winners and for advertising purposes (sending newsletters by email, if selected, and publishing the names of the winners on social media and Fellhof's communication channels). The prize can only be handed over upon presentation of valid photo ID (e.g., driver's license, employee ID card, or passport).
