Our short SANA wheelchair blanket made of 100% Merino lambskin keeps your thighs comfortably warm. This blanket reaches just below the knee to offer excellent protection and comfort in mild to cool temperatures, especially in autumn and spring. This short wheelchair blanket is perfect for cool days and is ideal for wheelchair users who value the highest quality and soft, cuddly lambskin. It is also suitable for amputees as it reaches below the knee.

Fasten to your wheelchair

This wheelchair blanket can be attached directly to the wheelchair or to our SANA wheelchair cushion using an intelligent fastening system.

The wheelchair blanket was developed with our SANA wheelchair cushion in mind. To attach it to the wheelchair cushion, connect the click fastener to the buckles on the cushion. Make sure that they click firmly into place.

This wheelchair blanket can also be used without the cushion. In this case, it must be fastened directly to the wheelchair. Prepare the straps by opening the snap fasteners and place them around the back of the wheelchair. Then close the snap fasteners at the back of the wheelchair.

Care Hints

Grundsätzlich gilt: nicht zu oft waschen! Denn Lammfell ist selbstreinigend, schmutzabweisend und pflegeleicht.

Allgemeine Pflege: Regelmäßiges Bürsten und Aufschütteln helfen dabei, dass das Lammfell weich und flauschig bleibt. Auch bei leichten Flecken empfehlen wir das Fell gut durchzubürsten, die betroffene Stelle kann dabei zuvor leicht angefeuchtet werden. Generell empfehlen wir Fellprodukte regelmäßig gut auszulüften – am besten eignet sich hierfür Nebel, oder sogar Schnee für mehrere Stunden. Dabei gilt: das Fell kann feucht werden, das Leder sollte jedoch nicht nass werden.

Waschen: Die Reinigung in der Waschmaschine: So selten wie möglich. Für die Reinigung empfehlen wir Handwäsche oder das Woll-/Handwaschprogramm der Waschmaschine kalt oder mit max. 30 Grad bei max. 600 Umdrehungen. Als Waschmittel raten wir ausschließlich zu unserem Spezial Lammfell-Shampoo.

Trocknen: Trockne das Lammfell flach ausgebreitet an einem luftigen Ort. Ziehe das Lammfell noch in feuchtem Zustand in Form. Knete das Fell mehrmals durch, damit das Leder schön weich bleibt. Bürste es mit einer Fellbürste öfters gut durch. Nicht unter direkter Sonneneinstrahlung oder in der Nähe von künstlichen Wärmequellen (z. B. Heizung) trocknen. Nicht im Wäschetrockner trocknen!
